Welcome Drinks - The attire for the welcome party is casual; pants, shorts, polos, and button down shirts for guys and sundresses, skirts, shorts or pants for gals.

Wedding - The attire for the wedding is semi-formal. We recommend proper footwear that can easily be worn on grass.

We will have two school busses available for pick up at 3:15. The bus will stop at the following locations listed below. All these locations are in the Franconia / Sugarhill area. The bus will pick up guests first at The Franconia Inn.

Bus Stop Locations:

1. Franconia Inn ~ Sunset Hill House ~ Toad Hill Farm

   2. Franconia Inn ~ Carpenter Road ~ Beginning of Kinsman Road ~ Toad Hill Farm

Your invitation will specify how many seats have been saved in your honor. On the RSVP form, please ensure you are responding for yourself and your guest if applicable.

If you are planning to participate in our morning walk / run please plan on meeting us at 21 Carpenter Road in Sugar Hill . The loop is just about 3 miles long. We recommend carpooling if you can. Please park along the road when you arrive. Can’t wait to see you there!

We would love to have your little ones join us at the welcome drinks and brunch on Sunday. Saturday is an adult only event.

Welcome Party - Spaces are limited at the pint house. However, there is free parking along Main Street in Bethlehem.

Toad Hill Farm - If you plan to drive to Toad Hill, parking is available in the field on your right as you drive in.
